1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make the cancellation process as transparent as possible. If you wish to cancel a service or project with us, please take note of the following terms:

  • Cancellation Timeline: You can cancel services at any point before the project has commenced, subject to the terms outlined below:

    • For ongoing projects, you may cancel services with a written notice of at least 7 days prior to the agreed project commencement date.

    • Once a project has commenced, cancellation requests will only be considered if the project has not moved beyond the planning and design stages.

  • Non-cancellable Services: Certain services like ad placements, media buys, or any third-party services (such as print ads, TV, or digital media) that have been contracted or finalized cannot be cancelled once initiated, as they may already be in motion.

  • Cancellation Process: To initiate a cancellation, please send a formal cancellation request to our support email with your project details and reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge the cancellation and confirm the next steps.

2. Refund Policy

We are committed to providing you with quality services, and in case of any issues, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both parties.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refund requests can be processed if the work delivered does not meet the agreed-upon standards or is delayed beyond reasonable timelines (as per the terms in the project agreement). A refund can also be processed in the case of overpayments or billing errors.

  • Refund Process:

    • For work not commenced or cancelled before the start date: If you cancel the service before work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any processing or administrative fees, if applicable.

    • For work in progress or completed projects: Refunds for projects that have already started or completed will be handled on a case-by-case basis. A partial refund may be issued, factoring in the amount of work already completed.

    • Refund Time Frame: Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

  • Disputed Work/Deliverables: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications or is substandard, you must provide detailed feedback and allow a reasonable time for revisions or corrections. If the issue is not resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued after a review of the situation.

3. Refunds Due to Project Delays

In case of significant delays in project delivery (beyond the timelines agreed upon), you may be eligible for a refund, partial refund, or a discount on the services, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.

  • Late Delivery: If there is an unreasonable delay in the delivery of services, you may request a refund for the specific portion of the project affected by the delay.

4. Legal Rights & Consumer Protection

This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which protects consumers’ rights in India. Specifically, under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, consumers engaging with e-commerce platforms or service providers like advertising agencies have the following rights:

  • Right to Refund: Consumers are entitled to a refund if the service is defective, not as described, or delivered late.

  • Right to Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute regarding the service delivered, the consumer has the right to approach the consumer forum or seek resolution via alternate dispute resolution mechanisms like mediation or arbitration under Indian law.

5. Force Majeure

We will not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, strikes, government regulations, or other events beyond our control, as per the force majeure clause outlined in the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from this Cancellation & Refund Policy, both parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms like mediation or arbitration as outlined under Indian law. If the dispute is unresolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
